Ladies... Of the Night...

Comic Ladies... Of the Night...

Hey Ladies

I saw the new Indy movie last weed and Im quite pleased with what I witnessed. I was expecting something of Episode 1 caliber minus the very awesome Darth Maul replaced with some Russian lady possibly of the night. But what I got was just a fun adventure, with the right amount of laughs and suspense, better than Temple of Doom, not as good as the others. The worst parts of it were the scenes that Im sure George Lucas stuck his CGI nose in, which I wont go further into here, but if youve seen the movie youll know what I mean.

Since youre reading this post you might find it interesting that EBgames is having a huge sale right now or at least here in Guelph they are, yesterday I picked up the following for wicked prices.

Odin Sphere 20 dollars
Dragon Question Monsters: Joker 5 dollars
Trauma Centre: New Blood 10 dollars
Battalion Wars 2 10 dollars

Odin Sphere is beautiful. Trauma Centre is still fucking difficult and I feel coop is worth the price of admission alone. I havent tried Battalion Wars yet, but Im told its similar to the Gamecube game, I hope people are stilling playing it online. Dragon Quest though has gotten much of my time so far, its what Ive always wanted in a Pokemon game.
Gordon managed to snag Stuntman for the 360 for 10 dollars as well, a good day indeed, and we just went in there looking for a Playstation 1 memory card.

As a side note, I really fucking hate camping, and lucky for us the story Gordon tells is not based on our experiences.

Opps...
Our bad, comic will be up tomorrow.

Dear Ambellina...
I'm very excited about the next comic, very proud of my writing.

Last Saturday I had a wonderful experience, I attended an autograph signing of Claudio Sanchez, the lead singer of Coheed and Cambria. Mr. Sanchez, who also writes comic books based on the story of the fictional characters in the universe he created for his band, was promoting the trade paperback of his newest comic: The Amory Wars. He was a truly friendly guy, signed all my stuff happily, and even seemed to really enjoy just chatting for a few minutes. Check out Claudio's stuff, the man is a genius. Special thanks to Alex for driving, you're the shit
